尼洋河 - 是一条非常美丽的河，它是雅鲁藏布江的一条支流。藏语称河为“曲”，称湖为“错”。尼洋河，藏人叫它尼洋曲。顺着拉萨河河谷一路向东，渐走渐高，翻过海拔5013米的米拉山口，继续往东，就进入了尼洋河河谷。米拉山是拉萨河与尼洋河的分水岭。
尼洋河位于雅鲁藏布江北侧的最大支流，也是雅鲁藏布江流域内的五大支流之一。它发源于米拉山西侧的错木梁拉，由西向东流，在林芝县的则们附近汇入雅鲁藏布江，其源头为古冰川作用的围谷。
